أمير ورئيس المنزل الملكي الصمد القائم في دولة لبنان
إقامة تحالف دبلوماسي ملكي رسمي مع
صاحبة السمو رومينا أبو الحسن،
من آل الأسد والنبي - البيت الملكي النظري - سلطنة عُمان،
على أساس مبادئ الشرف الملكي والاحترام المتبادل وتعزيز التعاون الأخوي في المجالات الدبلوماسية والثقافية والإنسانية.
يؤكد الطرفان أن هذا التحالف قائم على الاستقلال التام لكل بيت وعلى تعاون رمزي وبروتوكولي يخدم قيم السلام والوحدة بين البيوت الملكية.

Declaration of a Royal Diplomatic Alliance
His Highness Prince Ahmad Al Samad III,
of the Al Samad Imperial Royal House, in Lebanon 🇱🇧
announces the establishment of a formal Royal Diplomatic Alliance with
Her Highness Romina Abu Al-Hassan,
of the House of the Lion and the Prophet – the Theoretical Royal House – Sultanate,
based on the principles of royal honor, mutual respect, and the strengthening of fraternal cooperation in diplomatic, cultural, and humanitarian fields.
Both parties affirm that this alliance is founded on the complete independence of each house and on symbolic, protocol-based cooperation that serves the values of peace and unity among the royal houses.
This declaration is issued in the spirit of royal excellence and
is effective from the date of its publication.

بيان صادر عن الديوان الملكي الإمبراطوري للمنزل الملكي الصمد القائم في دولة لبنان
بسم الله خالق السماوات والارض ، ووفقًا للتقاليد الملكية والإمبراطورية والامتيازات السيادية الممنوحة للمنزل الملكي الصمد، والتي تراعي مبدأ النبالة وما ترمز له في العصور الوسطى ، وانطلاقا من مبدأ النبالة والشرف والاحترام وتقليدا للعصور الوسطى ، واعطائي الحق في اعطاء الالقاب من قبل صاحب السمو والفخامة الملكي الأخ الكبير Massimo Angelo Cavalloni أمير ورئيس المنزل الملكي الإمبرطوري Cavalloni Di Lamont Kastela وبهذا الحق وفي هذا اليوم العظيم ،
يُعلن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير أحمد علي الصمد الثالث عن صدور مرسوم ملكي يقضي بمنح لقب (الدوقة) الى الأميرة والصديقة (رومينا أبو الحسن) .
وذلك تقديرًا لمكانتها، واحترامًا لقيم النبل والسيادة والالتزام بالتقاليد الملكية العريقة.
ويُعد هذا اللقب ساريًا ونافذًا اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدور الشهادة الرسمية، ومسجّلًا ضمن السجلات الشرفية للمنزل الملكي الصمد.

Statement issued by the Imperial Royal House of the Al Samad Royal House, residing in the State of Lebanon:
In the name of God, Creator of the heavens and the earth, and in accordance with the royal and imperial traditions and sovereign privileges granted to the Al Samad Royal House, which uphold the principle of nobility and its symbolism in the Middle Ages, and based on the principles of nobility, honor, and respect, and in accordance with medieval tradition, and by virtue of the right granted to me to bestow titles by His Royal Highness, the Grand Master, Massimo Angelo Cavalloni, Prince and Head of the Imperial Royal House Cavalloni Di Lamont Kastela, and by virtue of this right, on this auspicious day,
His Royal Highness Prince Ahmad Ali Al Samad III announces the issuance of a Royal Decree granting the title of {Duchess} to Princess and friend, {Romina Abu LHasan}.
This is in recognition of her esteemed position, and in respect for the values of nobility, sovereignty, and adherence to time-honored royal traditions.
This title is effective and valid from the date of issuance of the official certificate and is recorded in the honorary registers of the Al Samad Imperial Royal House.
